Careers and qualifications
In the field of Occupational Psychology there are two gold standards necessary for professional practice:

being legally entitled to use the title Occupational Psychologist and Professionally recognised
- being professionally entitled to use the title Chartered Psychologist.

Currently, there is only one route to becoming a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council and that is by completing the British Psychological Society’s Chartership in Occupational Psychology (the Qualification in Occupational Psychology).

Continuing Professional Development
As a member of the British Psychological Society and as a Registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council you must engage in Continuing Professional Development.
