Academic Contribution to Practice Award
The DOP looks to specifically recognise the contributions of academics to excellence in the practice of Occupational Psychology.
- Current DOP membership
- Primary role must be as an academic, affiliated with an academic institution
- Contribution in theory, technique, or research has significantly influenced applied practice in the workplace
- Self-nominations are not permitted
The recipient of this prominent award receives a full DOP conference package and a presentation slot
How to nominate
To nominate, please use one of the methods below:
You can submit a nomination using the online
version of the nomination form
The application form includes a supporting statement of not more than 100 words outlining your reasons for nominating the individual. If possible, please also submit a CV. For those short-listed, the nominee will be asked to provide further information and under-go a face-to-face or telephone interview.

The deadline for submissions is 3rd June 2013. Please note: nominations are accepted at any time before this date - no need to wait for the deadline! Only names received by the deadline will be considered for 2013.
