Speaker Bureau: Laura Frith

Laura Frith is a Certified Management Consultant and CIPD graduate, with a First Class Masters degree in Occupational Psychology and is also a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Over the past 15+years of her career Laura has held a number of in-house HR generalist and specialist positions and has also been Managing Director of an HR Consulting firm. She has a broad range of experience in both the public and private sectors having worked for a diverse range of organisations such as PepsiCo, Lloyds, Arthur Andersen and the Metropolitan Police Service.
